How can we help?



Domestic Shipping 

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Our standard shipping carriers are UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, as well as regional carriers. All shipping methods include tracking numbers. Our shipping fee is 5 US dollars per order.

Returns and Exchanges 


We do our best to provide an accurate color representation of our nail polishes for you on our website by showing them in different lighting and on different skin tones. However, please be aware that the colors may be slightly different in real life compared to the colors on screen.Our nail polish colors may also look slightly different when applied to the nail compared to what they look like in the bottle. 


You can return products up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

To return a product, please email us at to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and list the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will email you to notify you that the item has reached us. We will also send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If everything is OK, and we’ve approved it, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. 

 Late or missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at


If the item you bought was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your item, the shipping costs you paid for your original order are non-refundable. 

To return your product, please contact us by email, and we will provide you with a return label. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver to PO Boxes.

We accept payments by credit card, Amazon Payments and PayPal.

How can I unsubscribe from emails/newsletters? 

In case you don’t want to receive any messages from us in the future, you can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down in a previous email we've sent you andclicking the “unsubscribe” link. This will remove you from our mailing list. But: We are sad to see you go! If there is anything we can do for you to stay, please let us know. Also: If you change your mind later, you can always re-subscribe to our newsletters by signing upagain on our website.
